About Me
I am a software developer from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada currently pursuing my Bachelors of Science in Computing Science at Simon Fraser University. I primarily focus on backend development and systems programming, however recently I have been dabbling with a little bit of machine learning and artificial intelligence. The primary languages I program with are Go, C, C++, and Python.
Currently I am a Software Developer for the SFU Racerbot design team. We are building 1/10th scale autonomous race cars using NVIDIA Jetsons, C++, CUDA, and ROS2. My role is to help develop pathfinding algorithims to allow the car to swiftly navigate any course, without the car crashing. I also built the team’s website using Hugo, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Outside of programming, I have a 1st Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and have been training consistently since 2017. I am a huge nerd who loves video games (especially strategy games; I love a good Civilization VI campaign), photography, Dungeons and Dragons, and the Vancouver Canucks.

Work Experience
Burnaby, BC,
(January 2026 - Present)
- Developed a least-squares-based pathfinding algorithm for a 1/10-scale autonomous race car using C++ and ROS2, reducing track completion time by 30%
- Developed Wiimote-based firmware, including motion controls, for manual override of the car in case of autonomous system failure
- Collaborated with other developers to integrate our various algorithms on the car
- Built the team’s website using Hugo, HTML, and CSS, gaining hundreds of weekly visits
Port Moody, BC,

- 8-week contract through Canada Summer Jobs
- Designed an educational, ‘Oregon Trail’-style, interactive exhibit about the Canadian Pacific Railway using Python and Pygame.
- Engineered an intuitive data management system, allowing non-technical team members to seamlessly update system configurations without writing code.
- Collaborated with Museum Curators to ensure information in the game was historically accurate and relevant
- Assisted with various museum tasks such as running social media accounts and handling gift shop transactions
